Remarks Page (New Work Request)
Displays items after they have been retrieved from an external work management system or manually added to the work request by a user.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Remarks | The text of the remark(s) associated with the work request. |
| Add | Opens the Add/Change Remark dialog so a user can add a new remark to the work request. |
| Modify | Opens the Add/Change Remark dialog so a user can make changes to an existing remark. This button appears dimmed if no remark is selected. Only the text of the remark can be changed. |
| OK | Closes the dialog and saves the information. |
| Cancel | Closes the dialog without saving the information. |
| More | Opens a custom dialog for specifying custom attribute values. This button appears dimmed if no custom work request attributes have been configured. |
| Help | Opens the Help topic for this dialog. |
